- EVERY TIME WE FIX SOMETHING, ANOTHER CODE APPEARS. WE THINK ITS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WITH EITHER A BAD PCM OR PERHAPS A BAD GROUND. WE DONT HAVE THE TIME TO FIX IT
- IT RUNS AND DRIVES RATHER WELL ACTUALLY, WE HAVE DRIVEN IT OVER 200 MILES TRYING TO GET IT READY FOR SMOG
- RANDOMLY THE TEMP NEEDLE WILL SHOOT UP TO 260 DEGREES AND THEN COME BACK DOWN TO 170 DEGREES IN A FEW SECONDS TIME. WE DO NOT THINK ITS ACTUALLY OVERHEATING, WE THINK ITS A SENSOR READING ERROR
- OTHER THAN THE ABOVE ITS A RATHER NICE E39, THAT WOULD BE A GREAT PROJECT FOR A BMW FAN
- SO...THIS IS A MECHANICS SPECIAL. IT DOESNT PASS SMOG, AND IT NEEDS TLC/ATTENTION
- YOU WILL SIGN A DISCLOSURE STATING THAT ITS NOT GOING TO BE DRIVEN ON THE ROAD AND IS FOR OFF HIGHWAY/RACING USE ONLY UNTIL YOU FIX IT, IF YOU EVER FIX IT.
