Due to the age/miles on most of our  cars, a personal loan is your best bet. 

However, it us up to you to apply and work with the bank directly to see if they can get you approved. Here is the info to proceed with one or both of the banks (you can apply to all at the same time).

You can apply for a personal loan with Logix Credit union. Call Adrian and he will send you a link to apply. They are one of the best options, so we recommend you try them first.
